Return Policy

VitaPearls reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, or exchanges to prevent fraud, suspected fraud, or abuse.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Individual, unopened VitaPearls packages may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.

  • To qualify for a refund, customers must:

    1. Submit a reason for the return via the VitaPearls website. ( a google form) 

    2. Provide an image of the receipt.

    3. Include a photo of the unopened product.

 

Return Process

  1. VitaPearls will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number upon approval of the return request.

  2. Customers will receive a prepaid shipping label via email for return shipping.

  3. Customers must repackage the product and drop it off at their local post office or FedEx location.

  • Memberships: Cancel anytime within the first 3 deliveries for a full refund if dissatisfied.

  • Merchandise: We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell and will refund your purchase price, with the following exceptions:

    • Non-refundable items: Shop Cards, gift cards, and tickets.

    • Opened products: Opened packages of boba or powder are not eligible for refunds.

    • Time limits: We offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase: A receipt is required for all refunds.

 

 

Warranty Policy

  • Coverage: The warranty applies to customers with the following purchased items:  Boba Lovers Package, Boba Tea - Subscription Deal, and Boba Tea - Morning and Night Package. 

  • Eligibility: Only unopened boba products are covered under this warranty.

  • Money-Back Guarantee: Customers can opt for a refund or store credit within 3-5 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Extended Warranty: Available for eligible subscription customers. Return shipping is covered by VitaPearls.

 

 

How to Return an Item

  • By Mail: Repackage your item, attach the provided shipping label, and drop it off at your local post office or any FedEx location.

  • FedEx Drop-off: Bring your item to an eligible FedEx Office location (no printing required). Find eligible locations on the FedEx website.
