Coverage: The warranty applies to customers with the following purchased items: Boba Lovers Package, Boba Tea - Subscription Deal, and Boba Tea - Morning and Night Package.

How to Return an Item

By Mail: Repackage your item, attach the provided shipping label, and drop it off at your local post office or any FedEx location.

FedEx Drop-off: Bring your item to an eligible FedEx Office location (no printing required). Find eligible locations on the FedEx website.
